Congratulations to Dick and Elaine Haggerty on the birth of a beautiful, new granddaughter, Harper Rose, on January 26.Harper is the first child for Rich and Haley Haggerty. Rich, as you likely know, is one of Reading's State Representatives. His district covers Woburn and parts of Stoneham and Reading.
